bread schedule

• Every day: French Batard, Hard Roll, Multigrain (rye, whole wheat, wheat bran, oat bran, 7-grain flour, corn meal, quinoa--all certified organic)
• Monday: Pugliesse (Italian white)
• Friday: Rosemary Salt, Baker's Choice
• Saturday: Cheese Bread (parmesan and cheddar), Kalamata Olive (bi-weekly), Baker's Choice (bi-weekly)
• Sunday: Sourdough (using a San Francisco starter or Daryl's starter made here in Yellow Springs from our wild yeast)

muffin schedule

We use local certified organic eggs in our muffins, and make our own vanilla extract and use it in our baked goods. Our apples come from the local Pfiefer Orchards.

• Every day: Good Morning, Blueberry
• Monday: Apple Cinnamon, Raspberry Chocolate Chip
• Tuesday: Pumpkin Nut, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
• Wednesday: Coffee Cake, Multigrain, Spiced Pear
• Thursday: Raspberry Lemon, Cranberry Orange
• Friday: Lemon Poppyseed with Lemon Icing, Cinnamon
• Saturday: Black Bottom (cream cheese and chocolate), Ginger (candied ginger, powder ginger, fresh ginger root) with Ginger Icing, Special, Multigrain (all dry ingredients and eggs are certified organic), Scone of the Day
• Sunday: Black Bottom (cream cheese and chocolate), Ginger (candied ginger, powder ginger, fresh ginger root) with Ginger Icing, Special, Scone of the Day
